Fixed the task property window size bug. Added about information. Re-write of the event manager code. Test case results incorporated.

Feature complete, added pause/resume/stop task buttons, added edit task/project dialogs. Upgrade of data file from 0.1a not possible, need to create a new one.

Nearly feature complete, supports report generation.
